  • Minimum 10 MBPS Dedicated Bandwidth Internet Connection for each setup should be provided by the Client.
  • If Comjagat Technologies will arrange estimate Internet Connection (via fiber optic), It will be added extra 12,000 BDT to 25,000 BDT (One-time internet Connection Charge from local internet service provider)
  • If Comjagat Technologies will broadcast using mobile Data, extra 1,500 BDT will be added to the total bill (For 1 Session).
  • Comjagat Technologies is not liable for any interruption of the internet connectivity during the session.
  • Due to Facebook/YouTube copyright policy, if the Video will be prohibited by Facebook/YouTube, Live session will be splitted into several parts.
  • Additional camera @4,000 BDT (If applicable)
  • We will provide boom microphone to record voice.
  • Client will provide security for equipment on venue.
  • Out of Dhaka city program, client will bear transportation food and accommodation cost for 3 persons (Minimum manpower)
  • Out of Dhaka Program session ending time will be strictly maintained by 8 pm.
  • If program will extend from due time, extra BDT 5,000 will be added to the total bill.
  • Client will provide company advertise and banner or TVC to show on LIVE.
  • At least 50% of the total amount to be paid by the service receiver in Advance.
  • Comjagat Technologies will only provide all technical support for broadcasting LIVE.
  • Scripting, MC presenter, additional lighting, camera shooting equipment etc are excluding this quoted price.
  • Need facebook credential or making as an editor for LIVE broadcast.
  • Additional 1000 BDT will be added for every hour After the session (4 Hours)
  • Quoted price excluding VAT and TAX
  • Client will clear total bill within 10 working days after the event.
